We don't need a reason. You don't need to write an essay. Just email us and we'll handle it.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time — that's on them, not us.

We don't have a formal exchange process because our return + reorder flow is faster:

The Only Thing We Ask
Be honest.
Don't order a set, use it as your daily driver for 29 days, then return it because you "didn't like it" after clearly putting 300 hours on it. We're running a small operation — just a few people who care about what we make. We can absorb honest returns. We can't absorb people treating us like a free rental service.
That said, 99% of people are cool. And for the 1% who aren't — we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
