Duties Included.
Every WASDWORKS order ships free — anywhere in the world. And before you ask: yes, duties and taxes are covered. Nothing extra at your door. No "sorry, customs is holding your package until you pay this surprise fee." We handle it upfront.
Processing Time
We ship within 3 business days of your order being placed.
Here's what happens between "place order" and "on the truck":

| Day 1 | Your order enters the queue. First come, first served. |
| Day 2 | Picked, packed, quality checked — every set is verified complete before it goes in the box. |
| Day 3 | Handed to the carrier. You get a tracking number via email. |
If anything delays your order beyond 5 business days, you'll hear from us proactively. Not the other way around.

We use different carriers depending on your region — always the fastest, most reliable option available.

Tracking
Every single order ships with a tracking number. No exceptions.
You'll receive your tracking number via email within 3 business days of placing your order. If you don't — something went wrong. Email us.
Tracking Status Guide
| Status | What It Actually Means |
|---|---|
| Label Created | We printed the label. Carrier will pick it up soon. |
| In Transit | Your package is moving. Check the carrier's site for detailed updates. |
| Customs Clearance (international) | Routine processing. Duties already paid by us — usually 1–3 days. |
| Out for Delivery | On the truck. Today's the day. |
| Delivered | Check your door / mailbox / wherever the carrier left it. |
Tracking Shows "Delivered" But No Package?
- Check around your door, mailbox, or with neighbors
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan before actual delivery
- If still missing after 24 hours, email us immediately
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order. If it hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once it's in the carrier's hands, we can't redirect it — so double-check your address at checkout.
Where We Don't Ship
PO Boxes — we require a physical street address for delivery
Military bases (APO/FPO) — we do ship to these, but delivery may take longer. Tracking is available through the military postal system.
A Note About Speed
We're not Amazon. We don't have a warehouse full of robots. It's a real person (me, or one of my friends) physically putting your keycaps in a box, checking the set is complete, and getting it to the carrier.
We'd rather take the extra time to make sure your order is right than rush it and send you a missing key. Quality over speed, every time.
