- Don't like the color? Return it. Full refund.
- Profile doesn't feel right? Return it. Full refund.
- Changed your mind? Return it. Full refund.
- Cat knocked keyboard off desk? Honestly, return it. Cats are ruthless.
We don't need a reason. You don't need to write an essay. Just email us and we'll handle it.

No restocking fees. No "original packaging required." No hoops to jump through. Slap the label on, drop it off. Done.
Quality Issues? Even Simpler.
If your set arrives with a problem — missing keys, wrong keys, manufacturing defect, legends are crooked, whatever — you don't need to send it back first.
Option A
We ship you a replacement immediately
Plus a prepaid return label for the defective set.
Option B
We refund you in full right then and there.
No waiting. Your choice.
No waiting 2 weeks for us to "inspect" the problem. No "please ship it back to our facility for evaluation." If something's wrong, we fix it. That's basic decency.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time — that's on them, not us.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, email us photos within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- ▶A photo of the damaged outer packaging
- ▶A photo of the damaged product
- ▶Your order number
We'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost. You don't need to return the damaged set — keep it, spare parts, whatever.
Exchanges
We don't have a formal exchange process because our return + reorder flow is faster:

The Only Thing We Ask
Be honest.
Don't order a set, use it as your daily driver for 29 days, then return it because you "didn't like it" after clearly putting 300 hours on it. We're running a small operation — just a few people who care about what we make. We can absorb honest returns. We can't absorb people treating us like a free rental service.
That said, 99% of people are cool. And for the 1% who aren't — we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
